General Terms and Conditions

We work on projects divided into milestones and payments are linked to these milestones.
Final payment due before the website/application is made live. After completion of final payment we’ll transfer the files on your server.
Payments can be made by wire transfer to our bank or credit card
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be issued for milestones that are not completed and as agreed for specific projects. Refunds will not be issued for services that are already rendered.
