The client was looking for a complete HR and Payroll solution to synchronize the various facets of HR processes so that they operate in a smooth and error free manner.
The salary generation and keeping account of leaves, loans and benefits of employees were unstructured and there were redundancy of data in multiple cases. The main challenge was to remove the redundancy and synchronize the different functionalities accurately.
We implemented the key modules of Paylite Payroll and HR so that the anomalies in computing of leaves and salary gets removed right away and introduced the 360 degree appraisal system so that the employee benefit program of one of the major news channel of the MENA region gets a boost and operate flawlessly.

The Client was looking for a reprieve from its present HR System and wanted a fully automated HRMS for smooth functioning of various human resource functions.
Due to intricacy of the client’s current system, where operation of the organization happened using two languages we needed to make the HRMS available in both languages. There were also provisions required for defining rules for the HRMS processes.
We introduced the rule based interface and the HRMS in Arabic and English language. This made the HRMS process flexible and also dynamic and improved the communication between the HR department and its employees to a large extent.

Client was seeking a fully automated HRMS for itself so that they can reduce workload on the HR department and eliminate the recurring errors that was happening during leave calculation and salary generation.
There were multiple areas in the current system that required attention. Such as processing of employee salary, monitoring of staff attendance and automate the leave / loan / air ticket request processes.
We implemented the Payroll System and the Attendance module of Paylite to address the current issues and by introducing the rule based interface made the system flexible and dynamic. At present the workload in the HR Department has been reduced by 50% and the system is assisting them to monitor activities precisely and operate in a much more error free manner.
