The following are the ways in which Citytech Software is going GREEN.

Using sleep mode: Sleep mode is enabled on Monitor, PCs and Printers for conservation of electricity. When these machines are not being used for a significant period of time, they automatically go to sleep mode.

Online or Virtual Meetings: Being a software company we need to travel a lot to meet our clients across the globe. We reduce our traveling by arranging a virtual or web- based meeting. We prefer online conferences and web - based meeting where ever possible. It help lesser carbon emissions.

Enabling Remote Access: We provides opportunities to our employees to work from home when possible, so that we can save fuels and lower pollution levels in a small way.

Energy Star Compliant Devices: By using Energy Star compliant devices, we are assured of energy usage efficieny of the equipment we use.

Flat Screen LCD Monitors: We have replaced high energy consuming CRT monitors with energy efficient LCD flat-screen monitors.

Recycle Policy: We follow a plan for recycling waste we generate like printer cartridges, paper, plastic items and older PCs. These are the main cause of environmental pollution and by proper recycling, we ensure cleaner environment.

Dispose and dump responsibly: Old equipment and machines unable to be recycled are disposed of in an eco-friendly manner using trusted vendors.
